Our facility sits on 220 acres which consists of 3 barns, 2 arenas, several small acre lots each with their own loafing sheds, turn out pens, one 45 acre hay field with ponds, one 60 acre pasture with a small lake and several ponds full of bass and one 40 acre pasture with ponds.

The Main Show Barn has ten 12 x 12 stalls, 8 of which have their own runs, stocks, tack room and a lab room.

The Mare Foaling Barn has six 12 x 17 stalls which have their own runs. It also has a fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

The Stallion Barn has four 12 x 15 stalls each with their own big runs. It also has a 1 bedroom / 1 Bathroom apartment.

The Main Training Arena under roof measures 120 ft x 120 ft square with rounded corners and a full set of working cattle pens with bucking shoots.

There is also a 145 ft x 145 ft square outdoor training arena with working cattle pens.
